See proteins in their cellular environment up close with the new cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) tomogram browser available in the Electron Microscopy Public Image Archive (EMPIAR) at EMBL-EBI. This new prototype browser provides access to high-resolution cryo-ET images, enabling scientists to visualise proteins in their natural environment and bridging the gap between structural and cellular biology.
